The Somerset Suite has a built in music system and can cater for up to 200 Civil Wedding guests. Similarly musical preferences can be catered for throughout your ceremony. And we would be delighted to recommend a local harpist for your guests’ enjoyment.

Civil ceremonies usually last around 20 minutes. In order to help your day run smoothly, the hotel offers a complimentary master of ceremonies. So once your ceremony is complete, the Somerset Suite is re-set for the wedding breakfast.

Seating options for the wedding breakfast include top table of up to 30 guests or round tables of 8-10. 

Groups of between 30 and 250 guests enjoy their wedding breakfast in the Somerset Suite. This room is located right next to the main bar. Allowing time for speeches and cake cutting, a 3 course wedding breakfast usually lasts for about 2 hours. Larger parties often use the Somerset Suite for an evening disco.
